His vision for True Life Ministry is that it will become a place where one can find love, hope, guidance, encouragement, forgiveness, repentance, acceptance, fellowship and worship. His goal also is for True Life to become a place where people can be developed for ministry. He believes that God created everyone for a purpose. Bishop Miller is willing to aid them in discovering and developing their gifts, talents, and abilities. This will be done by reading, teaching, preaching and living the word of God. Bishop Miller’s hope is to see that vision for the Ministry come to perfection and maturity by the power of the Holy Spirit.
